《走遍中國練習冊2》包含12個單元,每個單元包含3課,針對不同語言技能設(shè)置了豐富的練習題。第一課一般包含詞語練習、發(fā)音練習、會話和聽力練習,第二課一般有閱讀練習、寫作練習和語法練習,第三課一般包含對話練習、認讀漢字、寫漢字、漢字筆順練習和自我評估。練習設(shè)置與學生書內(nèi)容緊密關(guān)聯(lián),可以很好地復(fù)習學生所學內(nèi)容,并遵從“聽說讀寫”的語言學習規(guī)律,循序漸進地幫助學生鞏固所學內(nèi)容。練習冊中的詞語練習可以幫助學生掌握每一課的重點生詞,使學生能夠認讀并在日常交際中使用這些詞語。發(fā)音練習主要針對歐美學生在漢語發(fā)音上的難點和易錯點設(shè)置,將幫助學生更好地聽音、發(fā)音。聽力練習、閱讀練習和寫作練習將按照“輸入——輸出”的規(guī)律,幫助學生從詞語表達過渡到段落表達。漢字練習將幫助學生從部首、筆畫開始,逐漸過渡到筆順和整字練習,幫助歐美學生更好地克服寫漢字的難題。每一單元最后的自我評估表將促進學生自我反思,個性化地總結(jié)自己學習漢語的問題,從而有針對性地調(diào)整自己的學習方案。

1.中外結(jié)合的工作團隊:《走遍中國》邀請了外方教材編寫專家作為顧問,如國際知名的英語第二語言教材編寫專家Simon Greenall先生,實質(zhì)性介入編寫工作。中方主編、外方顧問和國外漢語教師三方合作,中方作者隊伍負責內(nèi)容編寫;外方教材專家負責把關(guān)教材編寫理念、教學法等方面;國外漢語教師負責在實際課堂上進行試用,并征集學生反饋意見。該書由外研社與英國麥克米倫出版集團聯(lián)合出版,雙方強強聯(lián)手,為該項目配備了通曉英文的中文編輯和會說中文的英文編輯,使教材在初步細節(jié)方面可以得到質(zhì)量的保障。

Discover China is a four-level Mandarin Chinese course, specially designed for beginners to intermediate students and employs a communicative approach to learning Chinese. Emphasis is placed on pair work, group work and on a wide variety of speaking and listening activities to help students become confident
Chinese language speakers.
As a complement to the Student’s Book for both in-class and self-study use, the Workbook offers exercises that follow the structure of the Student’s Book and consolidate the key language points and skills from the corresponding units.
·Clear learning objectives presented at the start of each lesson give students a clear outline of the language points they will practise through each activity.
·Extensive listening practice is offered by additional listening materials and topic-related conversations recorded by native speakers of Mandarin Chinesespeaking at a natural but comprehensible speed.
·Extra reading passages, gradual removal of pinyin and focused skill development make for scaffolded reading, boosting students’ character knowledge to over 3000 characters and vocabulary knowledge to over 2300 words by Workbook 4.
·Structured writing skill is developed throughout the Workbook, moving from strokeby-stroke writing practice to extended real-life writing tasks, which expands students’character knowledge beyond the requisites of the Student’s Book.
