余翔,歐洲科學(xué)院院士,華中科技大學(xué)中歐知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究院院長(zhǎng),湖北師范大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)。華中科技大學(xué)二級(jí)教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,管理學(xué)院中德知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究所所長(zhǎng)。

主要研究成果:在“與國(guó)際貿(mào)易有關(guān)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)” “專利戰(zhàn)略與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新”等領(lǐng)域的研究成果,以及提出的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理、分享和利用方法,對(duì)協(xié)調(diào)、維護(hù)和促進(jìn)中外國(guó)際科技合作和公平貿(mào)易、提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效能等,起到了積極的作用。研究提出的立法修訂建議被我國(guó)《專利法》《海關(guān)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)條例》等采納。
2011—2020年,擔(dān)任中美政府合作項(xiàng)目清潔能源中心(CERC)中方知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)專家組組長(zhǎng),2013—2020年,擔(dān)任中歐政府合作項(xiàng)目二氧化碳捕捉利用與封存(CCUS)中方知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)人。帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)與外方知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)團(tuán)隊(duì)談判、聯(lián)合制定知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)分享與利用規(guī)則,為中外創(chuàng)新合作實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏提供了制度支持。帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)為中國(guó)許多行業(yè)、企業(yè)提供知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略咨詢服務(wù),為中國(guó)企業(yè)走出去保駕護(hù)航。
以英文、德文、日文、中文在國(guó)際知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域權(quán)威期刊IIC、GRUR Int.、EIPR、The Journal of World Intellectual Property、Technology in Society、Advanced Engineering Informatics、Technology Forecasting and Social Change、Journal of Technology Transfer、Energy Procedia、《科研管理》《知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)》《情報(bào)學(xué)報(bào)》《國(guó)際貿(mào)易》等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要專業(yè)期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文 160 余篇。
張奔,華中科技大學(xué)法學(xué)院副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師,同時(shí)也是華中科技大學(xué)中歐知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究院和管理學(xué)院中德知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究所的兼職研究員。參與了一系列與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)有關(guān)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和技術(shù)合作的聯(lián)合研究項(xiàng)目,其中包括中美清潔能源研究中心項(xiàng)目以及中歐碳捕獲與封存研究項(xiàng)目。近期的研究興趣包括知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法、專利戰(zhàn)略管理及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新政策。于2018年在華中科技大學(xué)管理學(xué)院獲得管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,并在 2018—2021 年繼續(xù)完成了博士后研究工作。
陽(yáng)維,華中科技大學(xué)管理學(xué)院助理教授、中歐知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究院和管理學(xué)院中德知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究所研究員。曾獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、湖北省知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究基金等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目資助。主要研究領(lǐng)域包括國(guó)際知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度、技術(shù)主權(quán)與戰(zhàn)略依賴、企業(yè)專利管理、高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、研發(fā)合作中的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)協(xié)調(diào)、專利戰(zhàn)略等,在Technology in Society、Computer Law & Security Review、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications、Journal of Technology Transfer、International Journal of Technology Management等國(guó)際著名期刊上發(fā)表論文十余篇。
