為貫徹落實《"十四五”數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)劃》(國發(fā)〔2021〕29號),提升我國生物特征識別產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,推動我國生物特征識別產(chǎn)業(yè)做大做強,助力經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,全國信息技術標準化技術委員會生物特征識別分技術委員會(SAC/TC28/SC37)組織編制"生物特征識別技術應用案例集”,并對當前生物特征識別技術應用情況進行總結分析。本案例集將應用案例劃分為四個主要部分:行業(yè)應用篇、新興應用篇、融合應用篇及支撐技術應用篇,共收錄了55項案例。通過匯編生物特征識別技術應用實例,充分展現(xiàn)了生物特征識別技術在多個關鍵領域的實際應用成效和重要影響,并希望為技術使用方、研究人員、技術開發(fā)者、標準及政策制定者提供全面的參考資源,使生物特征識別技術應用案例集成為生物特征識別解決方案選擇的知識數(shù)據(jù)庫,項目需求對接的橋梁,讓生物特征識別技術持續(xù)為人類社會帶來更加美好的生活體驗。
宋繼偉,2010年畢業(yè)于東北大學,系統(tǒng)工程專業(yè),工學博士,高級工程師, 2010年至今在工業(yè)和信息化部電子工業(yè)標準化研究院從事生物特征識別、智能制造、無人機、RFID、IC卡、實時定位等相關領域的標準化工作;現(xiàn)任物聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究中心感知技術研究室主任,全國信標委卡及身份識別安全設備分委會(SAC/TC28/SC17)副秘書長,全國信標委生物特征識別分技術委員會(SAC/TC28/SC37)委員,ISO/IEC 18000-4:2018國際標準主編輯,ISO/IEC/ JTC1/SC31,ISO/IEC/JTC1/SC17和ISO/IEC/JTC1/SC37下設6個工作組專家;作為課題負責人,承擔多項科技部國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目和工信部智能制造標準專項;作為編制組成員,參與編寫《國家智能制造標準體系建設指南(2015版)解讀》、《智能制造標準化》等著作;獲得省部級科技一等獎1項,三等獎1項,國家發(fā)明專利11項,國家實用新型專利10項;發(fā)表SCI,EI等論文16篇,主持及參與制定國家標準,行業(yè)標準,地方標準60余項。
