于海祥,畢業(yè)于天津職業(yè)技術師范大學,博士研究生學歷,現(xiàn)任天津交通職業(yè)學院黨委副書記、院長,從事職業(yè)教育管理、職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教融合、機械自動化等方面的研究。
